Migraine sufferers please read… For the past 6 years my migraines have increased in strength and frequency to 3 or 4 a week. I have been in intense pain, It’s been debilitating. Under the guidance of a neurologist I have had various preventative medications including Botox in my face/head/neck/shoulders/back. I’ve also tried Ajovy, a fairly new monthly injectable that has been life changing for most users. NOTHING has worked for me 😞 Then a friend gave me these to try. Yes it’s only been two and a half weeks, but no migraine. I’ve had a couple of mild headaches, but bearable even without medication. This is unheard of for me. I was living on a cocktail of Triptans for pain relief till now. Please do give this a try. They are a little fiddly to apply where I need them, but they stay in place until I remove them. The packaging and contents are beautifully presented (which rightly or wrongly does enhance the experience for me). The price is pretty much negated by the money I’ll be saving on prescription costs. Im very excited and hope these continue to work for me. 🙏🏻

Applied seeds for Fatigue as was struggling a little, have to say didn’t notice any difference, but tried again for sleep as thought this could be the cause of my fatigue, and have to say noticeably change in my sleep pattern, used to have at least one or two days a week not being able to get to sleep for no reason, but this has not been the case since, do still wake to use the bathroom but it’s straight back to sleep.
